Heather Kersten. is a Pueblo native that graduated from Pueblo Community College, Pueblo, CO.  Continuing education through Mountain States Employer Council (MSEC), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), American Payroll Association (APA), Business Service Management (BSM), and Southern Colorado International Project Management Association in Human Resources (IPMA-HR). Over 28 years of Human Resources Professionalism.

Almost three decades of Human Resources in-depth training in conflict resolution, legal compliance, issue and compromise solving skills with a partial analytical mindset, helping others to see both sides of the employer, employee relationship. Heather’s focus is on the ay open communication between management, employees, and their business or businessperson(s) and finding the best balance for all to build productive relationships.

Heather is a Colorado native and a Pueblo South graduate. She feels blessed to have a large family in her hometown. She enjoys gardening, outdoor adventures, music, and helping others when/where possible.
