Mitch holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in Leadership from Colorado State University-Pueblo.
He worked in the community banking industry from 2003-2023 where he focused on community and economic development. He values the significance of building relationships and making a difference in the community where he lives and works.
He has volunteered his time on numerous organizations and non-profit boards within the community, including the Rotary Club of Pueblo West, Young Life Pueblo, Parkview Foundation, Colorado State University-Pueblo Foundation, Soaring Eagles Center for Autism, Pueblo West Chamber, Banker’s Foundation of Colorado, Rosemount Museum and the Therapeutic Riding and Education Center.
Mitch was born and raised in Pueblo, CO. Outside of work, he loves to spend as much time as possible with his wife, Natalie, and their three children (Landen, Kinzie and Jilli) and their Bernese Mountain dog. His children keep him very busy with all their sports and school activities. His personal interests and hobbies include golf, traveling, camping, and attending any professional sporting event as he is an avid and loyal Colorado sports’ fan.
