Nikkii Chartier is the Chief Programs Officer for Pueblo Diversified Industries (PDI).  A native of Danielson, Connecticut, Nikkii was a peer mentor, Special Olympics volunteer and, volunteered at a Program Approved Service Agency in Massachusetts where her mother worked. Nikkii is the proud mother of three grown children (and grandmother of four) and had navigated school systems in Georgia, Texas and, then Colorado in 2012 for her third child after she received a diagnosis. Nikkii began working at Pueblo Diversified Industries as a Direct Support Professional in 2013.  She holds a Master of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and oversees each of the Human Services Programs at PDI.
