PDI’s Human Services are focused on providing choices for adults with diverse abilities. Each person chooses a group of supporters, called their interdisciplinary team, to help him or her in the process of developing a personalized life plan. PDI is an integral part of that team. We work with each person to ensure he or she is served and empowered to achieve to their personal life goals.
