Pueblo Diversified Industries (PDI) proudly hosts the H.O.P.E. on the Greens Golf Tournament, bringing together community partners, local businesses, and supporters for a day of golf, connection, and purpose.

Held in support of PDI’s H.O.P.E. Program (Helping Our Partners Engage), the tournament raises critical funds to help families of youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) access the education, resources, and guidance they need to navigate the transition from school to adulthood.

Guests enjoy a day on the course filled with friendly competition, sponsor engagement, on-course activities, and networking opportunities. The event concludes with awards and recognition for the generous sponsors who help make this work possible.

H.O.P.E. on the Greens continues to grow each year, strengthening community partnerships and expanding awareness around the importance of early transition planning for youth with IDD.
